When people are shaped by the environment and fears, most of the time they are living partially, losing the uniqueness everyone received and having an extra feeling add-on in your mind that of being a failure, but only you can find the present, in your own main quest.

It's important to have a deep connection with your mind by continuously clarifying your puzzle of thinking. Creating space with logic through your mind which can be dirty or clean, like it is with a full of dust laptop, processing harder any command, losing efficiency. Or a house/palace where are plenty of stuff, but not using any or only a few of the things, like with the thinking countability game.

Mind trick. You can be lost in mind waves of thinking, but not for eternity. If you pass the confusion that there are too many thoughts and you realize and manage them in every moment they appear, you can use your mind to think better and clear. Like its ok to feel agitated and wandering through the world but sometimes you have to rest in peace, even if you are not dead. Having moments of peace, it's easier to find your passion for an activity or as many as you like, love for yourself and everything around, but still letting go of every attachment of the desired outcome. Living a moment, not a situation of a moment in time.


Even if you find daily joy, you can still find hidden in you suffering if you expect too much from any moment, like you expect to last forever or to have a great intensity of a good feeling/moment.


The ups and downs, the emotional roller coaster of life situations, make us understand that living is only about an attention game, to get in control of your full attention and to act as a whole, and sometimes is easier and sometimes, not really. Its all about continuum progress of stepping.

in ultimi doi ani am cunoscut oameni care mi-au aratat ca poti sa ai incredere si destui care sa-mi zica sa nu o fac, dar eu sunt genul nepasator, atat de nepasator ca nu imi pasa ca imi ofer incredrea in directia gresita, doar daca o fac de mai multe ori, sunt si prost

Is just YOU

            Te-ai gandit vreodata ca frumusetea e relativa si trecatoare iar perfectiunea nu exista cu adevarat?             Nimeni nu este  si nu se naste perfect, fiecare are probleme si defecte. In vremurile de demult nu conta ca un om este gras...pe atunci el era considerat frumos si sanatos pe cand unul slab era considerat urat si bolnav acum din nefericire lucrurile s-au mai schimbat, oamenii si-au schimbat foarte mult mentalitatea iar daca vad un om gras se lasa condusi de aparente fara sa se gandeasca ca poate acel om are o boala. In ziua de azi toata lumea se lasa condusa de aparente fara sa o intreseze altceva tot timpul auzi in jurul tau excalamtii de genul :" Bai ce urat ii ala sau aia"..."Bai ce naspa ii imbracat cutare..." sau poate le spui chiar tu, dar te-ai intrabat vreodata ce simt acele persoane cu adevarat cand aud asa cea de la niste persoane straine? Nu prea cred :( asa ca de cat sa ti-o iei in frez...
