   În loc să faci exercitii doar pentru dezvoltarea fizică, fa si meditație, respira atat de profund ca si cum ai face tracțiuni, doar ca fa o perioadă mai lungă până ajungi la mii de inspirații/expiratii constiente pe zi. Atunci observa diferența stării interioare. Aerul afecteaza viata enorm. Altfel? Rămânem fără natura, doar epuizand oxigenul si scăzând calitatea aerului, ne trezim intr-un fel. Dar există și altfel. Urmand o atitudine pozitivă pentru dezvoltarea si cresterea plantelor in echilibru cu oamenii, ca sa existe o balanța. Iar animalele, sunt o binecuvantare.
